Introduction
This module describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to reflect on and understand the impact of own values and biases, demonstrate respect for inclusion and diversity, and support children’s understanding of inclusive principles and behaviours.
This module applies to all educators who work according to established policies and procedures in regulated children’s education and care services in Australia.

What is this module all about?
This module mainly explains about the inclusive environments and the ways to promote children’s learning, development, and engagement, ensuring a sense of belonging, fostering positive social relationships. This module focuses on child’s understanding about inclusion and diversity.
Who could attend the course?
Candidates who wish to work in early childhood centres as childcare provider and caregiver. Candidates interested in advancing their professions in early childhood teaching or Montessori training can take this course.

There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification; however, applicants should demonstrate ability to perform tasks as required by the industry. Also, you will need to have sufficient English language skills to complete the competency based first aid training.

Assessment
Theory based assessment which includes multiple choice questions.
